The Role
As Manager, Sales & Customer Success, you’ll play a dual role—driving new business while ensuring our clients and partners thrive. You’ll be at the heart of our revenue engine, focused on building strong customer relationships, supporting partner performance, and helping clients realize ongoing value from our solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Create and implement a sales and success strategy that fuels long-term growth.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Onboard new customers and partners, ensuring a smooth transition and early wins.
- Monitor satisfaction, resolve issues, and identify upsell or expansion opportunities.
- Set KPIs, track progress, and continuously optimize sales and success processes.
- Keep the CEO informed with regular updates, insights, and ideas.
