Job Opportunity: Success Leader, Strategic Partnerships

Location: Fully Remote; No travel required
Reports To: CEO
Compensation: High-earning potential through a commission-based structure

The Role

As Vice President of Partnerships, you’ll take the lead in growing and shaping our partner network. This is a strategic role where you’ll develop and nurture new alliances, strengthen existing ones, and drive revenue growth. 

What You’ll Do

  • Create and launch a partnership strategy that fuels our growth. 

  • Seek out and onboard partners who share our vision and complement our solutions. 

  • Nurture partner relationships to keep the momentum going and the results flowing. 

  • Negotiate deals that work for everyone involved. 

  • Partner with our sales, marketing, and product teams to set partners up for success. 

  • Set clear KPIs, track progress, and adjust plans to stay on target. 

  • Be actively involved at industry events, networking sessions, and partner meetings. 

  • Maintain regular communication with the CEO with sharp insights, new ideas and performance updates. 

What You Bring

  • A solid background in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances. 

  • A knack for spotting and building high-value connections. 

  • Strong negotiation skills paired with a talent for relationship-building. 

  • Strong communication skills to build relationships through written and verbal communication.

  • Analytical ability to make data-driven decisions. 

  • Comfort and experience working remotely and managing virtual partnerships.
